Effective communication "in my way" :.Why should i have to know ways for effective communication??lets see , if i can't shape a way of Delivering an idea then it doesn't matter if i'm an "A" student or even a prof.too much speaking doesn't mean Communicative skilled person! acually i've searched for many reasons for misunderstanding in several Efforts and the question is if i'm an "A" or he's a professor but why can't he communicate effectively? ok it's not just that some people are Communicative skilled but still thats not enough,why? simply because skill's only is not every thing we all can learn communication skills bases but what about applying those rules in our conferences ,meetings, lectures ,etc..
But what are the basics???? my dear colleagues, i've read many subject about it and you can findmassive andmighty it's not a big deal internet is wide anyway and full of data but the question is can you,he,she ,me and all of us ,apply it in our life??well,for me from now on i'll "TRY"!!!.
التغيير يبدأ من داخلي وداخلك وداخل كل شخص لدية العزيمة لمواجهة الافكار السلبية التيستواجة هذا التغيير لتحول دون حدوثة,لماذا لا نغير من انفسنا؟ ولماذالا يتقبل معظمنا فكرة التغيير؟؟السبب الرئيسي المعروف حاليا هو وباختصار "الخوف" الذي يهيمن على افكار معظم الموجودين على هذه المعمورة
تعمدت الا اقترح انا افكارا للتغير وطلبت اقتراحات حتى استطيع تلبية افكار الجميع ,فلا يسيئ احد فهم القضية من ناحية ولا يكون سرد افكار التغيير من جانبي نوع من انواع التلقين او الارهاب لاتباع منهج معين من ناحية اخرى وانما هو فتح افاق العقل ليتأمل ويتفكر بكل ما من حولة ليتيقن فيما يحتاج لهذا التغيير وآلية استخدامة لتشجيع واقناع من حولة نحو التغيير الايجابي الذي يصنع منا "طلاب علم" بحق و"صانعي مستقبل" دون ان تكون مجرد مسميات مثيرة للسخرية نحو جيل الشباب حتى لا نعلق اخطاءنا على ظروف نحن من صنعناها.وهنا اعود لاسأل كل طالب ليعبر عن رأية "كيـــف"؟
تذكروا ان الاقناع ليس مستحيل ولا سهل ولكن
قطرة الماء تثقب الحجر لا بالعنف ولكن بتواصل السقوط"
